Warranty
We are committed to ensuring that our jewellery and clothing meet the highest quality standards. To maintain this commitment, we personally inspect each package from our suppliers before it is shipped to ensure the items we offer meet our strict quality guidelines. Our suppliers are well-established, reputable businesses in Colombia, and they each manage their own warranty policies independently. We only partner with businesses that share our dedication to providing premium-quality products.
In addition to the quality assurance from our suppliers, we offer a 10-day warranty on all eligible items from the date of delivery. If you experience any defects or issues within this period, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Please note that the 10-day warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear and change of mind.
While we strive to deliver the best possible items, please be aware that our liability is limited to the quality of products provided by our trusted suppliers. We will work closely with them to address any issues covered under this warranty.
Jewellery Returns: Please note that all jewellery returns are subject to our standard refund policies only if the items are damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects.
Damages and Issues
When you receive your order, please take a moment to check it. If you notice any defects or damage, contact us immediately at colombianflair@gmail.com. We’re here to help and will work quickly to resolve the issue. If the product you receive is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order from delivery date.
To initiate the return process, email colombianflair@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request. Please include your name, order number, and photos of the issue. If everything checks out, we’ll provide clear instructions on how and where to return the item.
Please note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll keep you updated once we receive and assess your returned item. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for jewellery, sale items, or gift cards. To avoid any surprises, please double-check your cart before completing your purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
